Shipping
Standard shipping and handling is $5.00 per order for prints. Add $5-10 shipping and handling for each frame. Rates may vary depending on order contents and destination. Orders are typically delivered within 2 weeks, but times may vary. If you require expedited processing and delivery, please leave a note under "Special instructions" on your order.
Prints
Images are printed on Kodak Endura photographic paper with choice of matte, glossy or metallic finish. Black-and-white, square cropping, and other basic services available at no additional charge. Fine-art prints, gallery wraps, and other printing options available upon request.
Frames
Standard frames are pre-cut wood or metal with single mat and glass. Mat outer dimension is typically one size larger than print, i.e. 11x14 mat and frame for 8x10 print. Unless otherwise requested, frame and mat are chosen by the photographer to match the image. Custom framing available upon request.
Cropping
Please note that all images are shot in 35mm format, with a standard 3:2 aspect ratio. Most standard print sizes are a different aspect ratio, meaning that the original image must be cropped or resized to fit in the print area. To create an 8x10 print, for example, the original 8x12 image must lose 2" from the top or bottom or gain about 1/2" of white space on the sides. When ordering, an option is given to "crop" (cut off top and/or bottom to fit), or "fit in" (add white space to fit without cropping). Cropping location is at the discretion of the photographer unless otherwise requested.
